I like to shop around at a lot of different online retailers when I have down time. Some people may call this and addictive / shop-o-holic behavior, which....it might be. I don't really see it that way because for me it is what I do to relax. Some people read. Some people take naps. Some people take bubble baths. I happen to love browsing page after page of new merchandise. Of course, this does lead to the problem of me seeing some AMAZING one-of-a-kind piece that I feel I must have IMMEDIATELY! This is my lust list, where I artfully arrange in a picture all the items I would kill someone for (just kidding...maybe. :P) You might be thinking, "....that looks more like Fall stuff." And you would be right about that! I'm in a Fall state of mind! I've never really gotten into Summer/Spring stuff, but Fall is the best. The rich colors! The sumptuous fabrics! The layering!!! So, yes. I would like most of these things with the anticipation of wearing them in the Fall.

So, I'm not going to lie: I've bought some of the things on this page since writing this post. Shopping's my thing. DON'T JUDGE MEE!!! Anyway, from a praticial standpoint, I'm most interested to get the Bandelettes. I was reading this post on GirlWithCurves.com about these nifty little solutions to every curvy girl's nightmare: thigh chafing. They are nothing more than thick, stretchy lace bands that you slide around the widest part of your thigh (a silicone strip keeps them in place) and protect against the "chub rub." When I saw this I was like, "that's a freakin' great idea! How come nobody's thought of this before?!" The reviews I've seen thus far are highly favorable. And seeing as it's getting hotter in Eugene and I have to stand and walk around a lot more for my job, I desperately NEEDED something to stop my thighs from rubbing together. So I bought a pair in nude and hope to get them soon and try them out!

From a non-practical view, I have to say the thing I am most positively STOKED about getting is the Cat Face Jumper from Dorothy Perkins. When I saw this, I literally squealed out loud. First of all, it goes up to size 18. And second of all, I love cats, and yes, I will own the fact that I am a not-so-closeted cat lady! This is not to say that I will go out and buy one of those horrific all-over cat print sweaters that keep places like Goodwill in business (which isn't to knock all the fabulous thrifters out there!). I like cat things that are done in a new way. And the pointy ears with the squinched (I just made that word up) eyes and heart nose is irresistible to me! Some may say like catnip...

The Converse Birdie sunglasses are a close second. I can't even say how many times I wished I had glasses on a bright day, but since I wear prescription glasses all the time (contacts freak me out), I'd have to buy prescription sunglasses, and those are extremely spendy if you don't already know. These were the most reasonably priced frames/lenses I found (ATTENTION! The link given is to the non-RX lenses - meaning they are less expensive!), but it still costs $176.00 for an RX pair! As much as I love them, those are on the back burner for now.

That's all for now folks! Thanks for stopping buy and come back soon (PLEASE!!!! - I'm not afraid to beg) :D
